Books Will Not Load

Typically, if books do not load, it could be one of three issues.

  1. The program has frozen. This usually happens on devices with less memory and on books that are very long. Open the android settings and go to the apps list. Select Toshiba Book Place and tap the force stop button. Then reopen the app and see if the book will load.
  2. The version of Toshiba Book Place is out of date. Check the Play store to download the app update.
  3. There was a failure to license the book.
To fix the issue, you will need to clear out the licenses for the device (if it is in fact issue 3) and then do a force stop and clear data.
