This error indicates that there was a major system change that is preventing the app from correctly opening a licensed book. To resolve this issue, uninstall the app and reinstall.

To uninstall, right click Toshiba Book Place from the start menu and select uninstall. To reinstall, open the Microsoft store and download the app.
