License not found in store

This error is caused when trying to open a book that you are not authorized to open. If there are two users on a machine using the same Windows log in, the content MUST be opened using the Toshiba Book Place account that the content was purchased on. Please let us know if this error pops up and you are logged in to the account content was purchased on.
